studio and one bedroom suites which are available to you with brand new
appliances. we offer a brand new stove, fridge, microwave. The units
range from approximately 308 sq ft to 415 sq ft of studio living, as
well as 475 sq ft to 632 sq ft one bedroom apartments.
A common area is located in the
basement for Laundry and storage lockers are available as well, a
fitness room is in the process of being fitted with treadmills and
exercise bikes . We are also offering free wireless internet access to
all the suites, again in the process of being installed. We do have a
strict no pet policy. Five floors of a brand new renovated heritage building
encompassing history, character and romance.

the location and the floor of the unit being
